UPCOMING
IN ISSUE #4 WINTER 2000 ' The Leap Year 101 Reviews
Issue'
On the
web March 1st!
Dave Burris of Jolene has two
groovy short stories. There's an E-terview with Kevin
Bowe (& the Okemah Prophets), Bob Paterson
interviews Kate Jacobs, Vince Bell is the artist in
'Fact File', New West is the label under the
spotlight. Heylin and Henderson on Dylan are the book
reviews. Brian Lillie talks about The Replacements'
'Let it be' and interviews Jim Roll about his
'difficult' second disc, Richard Mason interviews The
Relationships ( another inside job), New Shoes to be
pulled on include Cathy Bonner and Lou Ann Bardash.
Plus as there's quite a backlog of reviews here at
Flyin Shoes we'll be doing our best to get 101
reviews up and at ya.....Ok we'll probably fall short
but it's worth a go.....on their way are reviews
of...Douglas September, The Handsome Family, The
Ex-Husbands, Randy Newman Box Set, Bell &
Sebastian, Swinger, Migala, Tom House, Pavement,
Toadstool, Belljar, Chris Conway, Lida Husik, Johnny
Dowd, Townes Van Zandt, Big in Iowa, Roby &
Casal, Freedy Johnston, Kevin Bowe, Mark Mulcahy,
Peter Bruntnell....etc etc etc.
