10 best things of 2014.
Once a year at this time I do a quick round up of ten best things I seen, physician heard, cialis witnessed this year. Here they are folks…
1. Best moment of the year..Emma discovering the Flemish word for art in S.M.A.K. gallery Ghent 🙂
2. Best Exhibition: Divided Germany at British Library: Discovered a lot about the East German background to the ‘New Spirit’ painters of early 1980s especially Baselitz.
3. Best Film: Turner – haven’t seen it yet…missed it at cinema
4. Best Book: Painting a Hidden Life – The Art of Bill Traylor – Mechal Sobel
5. Best Poetry: Helen Mort – Lie of The Land (2011) came to it late.
6. Best short story: (new category to coincide with Creative Writing M.A.): Alice Munro- Too much happiness.
7. Best Sporting Moment: Aaron Ramsay goal against Galatasaray. Still makes me smile.
